Kettl ("we", "us", "our") makes a gentle fitness companion app for iOS and Android. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Kettl app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. If you sign up for early access or create an account, we collect your email address.
• Fitness and wellness data. Workouts, meals, and mood entries you log in the app are stored so we can show your history and progress.
• Device and notification data. If you enable push notifications, we use a device push token to send you reminders and updates. You can disable this anytime in your device settings.

We do not collect precise location, health records from other apps, or contacts, and we do not use the data above for advertising.

How we use your information

• To provide and maintain the app's core features.
• To send you notifications you've opted into.

• To improve the app's reliability and features.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers who help us run the app (for example, hosting or infrastructure providers), bound by confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
